Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling your Chill Bills subscription and requesting refunds. By subscribing to our services, you agree to this policy.

2. Subscription Plans

Chill Bills offers the following subscription plans:

• Monthly Plan: ₹555/month/property (includes GST)
• Yearly Plan: ₹5,555/year/property (includes GST)

3. Cancellation Process

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

• Navigate to the Subscription page in your account
• Click the "Cancel Subscription" button
• Confirm your cancellation in the dialog

Alternatively, you can email us at Support@chillbills.in with your registered phone number and request cancellation.

4. Grace Period

After your subscription expires or is cancelled, you will have a 6-day grace period during which you can continue to access your account. After the grace period ends, your properties will be suspended until you renew your subscription.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Within 7 Days of First Payment: Full refund available if you are not satisfied with the service. This applies to first-time subscribers only.
• Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from using the service, and our support team is unable to resolve them, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
• Duplicate Payments: Full refund for any accidental duplicate payments.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are NOT available in the following cases:

• After 7 days from the first payment date
• Partial billing periods (no prorated refunds for unused days)
• Lifetime plans after 7 days of purchase
• If the account has been suspended due to violation of Terms of Service
• Change of mind after the 7-day refund window

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

• Email us at Support@chillbills.in
• Include your registered phone number
• Include your Razorpay Order ID or Payment ID
• Provide a brief reason for the refund request

8. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

9. Auto-Renewal Cancellation

If you have enabled auto-renewal for your subscription, you can disable it at any time from the Subscription page. Disabling auto-renewal will prevent future automatic charges but will not affect your current billing period.
