2. Instant Service Delivery

Upon successful payment and subscription activation:

• Access to the Chill Bills platform is granted immediately
• All features included in your subscription plan become available instantly
• No waiting period or shipping time required
• Service is accessible 24/7 from any device with internet connection

3. No Physical Shipping

As a digital-only service, Chill Bills does not involve any physical shipping. There are no:

• Physical products to ship
• Shipping charges
• Delivery timelines
• Tracking numbers
• Shipping addresses required

4. Service Access Method

After subscribing, you can access Chill Bills through:

• Web Browser: Visit our website and log in with your registered phone number
• PWA (Progressive Web App): Install our app on your mobile device for app-like experience
• Native Apps: Download from App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) when available

5. Exchange Policy

Since Chill Bills is a digital subscription service, traditional "exchanges" do not apply. However, you can:

• Upgrade Your Plan: Switch from Monthly to Yearly or Lifetime plan at any time. Your new plan will take effect immediately, and the remaining value of your current plan will be considered.
• Downgrade Your Plan: Switch to a lower-tier plan. The change will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Change Properties: You can add or remove properties within your plan's property limit at any time.

7. Data Portability

You can export your data at any time from the Settings page. We provide data export in both JSON and Excel formats, allowing you to maintain a copy of your records even if you choose to discontinue the service.
