By accessing or using Chill Bills ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Chill Bills is a billing and guest management application designed for hostels, hotels, and similar properties. Our services include guest check-in/check-out management, order tracking, billing, invoice generation, and property management tools.

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Chill Bills, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring compliance with local laws regarding guest registration (including Aadhaar verification requirements in India)
• Maintaining accurate guest records
• Complying with applicable tax regulations (GST, etc.)
• Protecting the privacy of your guests' data
• Using the service only for lawful purposes

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt the service
• Misuse or mishandle guest personal data
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others

6. Intellectual Property

The Chill Bills app, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Chill Bills and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you input into the system. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide our services.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability. We will attempt to provide advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chill Bills shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Chill Bills harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
